No loaner vehicle would be needed. When I got there 2 weeks later to drop my truck off on a Saturday morning, I was told it would be several hours because there had been a software outage earlier in the week. That's not my problem. That is your issue if that is really what happened as I was told by another dealership employee, that issue was over a week before. I spent my money to have an Uber take me home which just is not right. IF you knew my appointment was going to take longer than expected days before I arrived, you should have already notified me of the delay AND offered to pay for an Uber to get me home if I could not sit there for 4+ hours for my truck. That is the right thing to do.
