No improvements. Brycen was great

I’lli called ahead because Hannah advised me to make sure tires for my car were in stock or need to be ordered. The young man I talked to in parts said they are always in stock . When I arrived to get the new tires put on after the oil change Hannah told me that they only had 3 of the 4 tires and it would be around 2 for it to arrive at the dealership . Just an inconvenience for sure because I was waiting at the dealership. I arranged a ride so i didn’t have to wait another 3 hours . Just a little unsettling because I had an appointment on the schedule and called to verify the tires would be there . Other than that Chase is very helpful with a minor part and repair I need done from a part being damaged in a car wash ! Hannah is very attentive and helpful .

Took car back a second time for transmission fluid leak. Said the dripping fluid was caused from fluid left over from last leak when the car was there two weeks repairing leak. Seems to be ok now
