I want to make you aware of just how pleased Sue and I were with the entire purchase experience that we had this weekend.

 

I was more tire-kicker than buyer when Joe approached me in the showroom.  I always stroll through there when I have my vehicle serviced.  We talked a bit about the 2010s and about our history with Buick as well as my feeling that perhaps we'd made a minor mistake buying the Lacrosse as it was good but lacked certain creature comforts that we'd had with past Park Avenues, Roadmasters, LeSabres, and etc.

 

I was impressed with Joe's knowledge of the product (especially now that I know he is a newbie in sales at your firm).  His knowledge, lack of pressure, and basic gentlemanly character caused me to let him do some follow-up for me.  He made me want to become a buyer if it was at all financially feasible.  I  know from my own experience that "ringing the cash register" is what is perceived to make a good salesman but I believe that Joe's value to McKinney Buick GMC goes beyond that.  I felt good about having him wait on me.

 

Ray and Jeremy also were personable, helpful, and professional in the closing process but rest assured that I wouldn't' have had the opportunity to meet them had it not been for Joe.

 

On the way home after picking up our  new car Sue and I both agreed that it was the first time that we really enjoyed the  purchasing of an automobile in 53 years of marriage.
