Ryan Middleton was very thorough in showing us the available inventory, comparisons of models, and answered our questions on various options. He stated that he was a new employee, but was very well informed with the Buick brand and your dealership specifically. He is a very courteous young man and attentive to our needs ? listening to our comments and following with suggestions to find the right car for us. Larry made the negotiations go smoothly and Ryan Williams in Finance was very helpful with all the paperwork. I was also introduced to Justin in the Service Department. My experience with McKinney Buick GMC was A+.

We got the Truck we wanted at a great price, through a salesman I liked, actually trusted, and enjoyed doing business with. We were in negotiations with a couple of other dealerships and randomly stopped by yours- we left with our New Truck! I would recommend Mitch to anyone I know looking for a car- would also come back to him first.By the way, it might please you to know that one of the principles at Sewell is a close friend, but we ended up buying from you. That speaks volumes for your salesman.

Never in my life have I had such an experience. From the time I walked in the door I was treated like I was the only one that mattered, totally special. We love our 2011 Acadia ! We knew exactly what we wanted, and Clarence found it for us. His professionalism and concern about meeting our needs is un-matched by any sales professional. The model we were looking for was not in inventory in North Texas but Clarence didn't give up. He found our vehicle in Oklahoma. After working a full day he utilized his personal time to personally drive over 200 miles to deliver our vehicle to us. Any other sales person would have tried to sell us a similar vehicle off the lot, Clarence took customer satisfaction beyond anything we have ever seen.
